Your physical archive is never opened or sorted. We operate a "Closed-Vault" policy with zero public or client access, utilising a bespoke barcoding system based on your nomenclature.

The Retrieval Tier

Our local presence in Herefordshire allows for cost-effective Standard Weekly Retrieval Days or 1-Hour Emergency Delivery for urgent requirements.

Secure Certified Destruction

We manage the secure disposal of sensitive data to ensure your firm remains fully GDPR compliant. We provide two distinct destruction streams:

• Managed Office Waste: We provide 240L lockable aluminum data containers for your premises. We operate a secure exchange service - collecting full units and replacing them with empty ones - ensuring no sensitive office waste is ever exposed.
• End-of-Life Archive Destruction: When boxes in storage reach the end of their statutory retention period, we manage their transit to a high-security recycling facility.
• The Audit Trail: For every destruction event, we issue a formal Certificate of Destruction for your compliance records.
